Thailand

Visa Requirements

Basic Documents:

  • A valid passport with a minimum of seven (07) months remaining validity is required. If you have an old passport, please include it. If the old passport is lost, a General Diary (GD) copy, along with a notarized translation, must be provided.
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs taken within the last six months are required. The photos must have a white background, measure 35 mm x 45 mm, and be printed on matte paper.
  • You must provide the original personal or company bank statement for the last six (06) months, along with a Bank Solvency Certificate. The minimum balance required is BDT 60,000 for individuals and BDT 120,000 for families. This balance must remain in the account until your passport has been processed and returned.
  • An active contact number, an alternative phone number, and a local guarantor’s active phone number must be provided.

For Business Persons:

  • A copy of the renewed trade license is required, along with a notarized English translation.
  • If the applicant’s name is not mentioned in the trade license or Form XII, please provide the Memorandum of Articles for the limited company.
  • A blank page from the Office Pad or Company Letterhead is needed.
  • A visiting card should also be included.

For Job Holders:

  • A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer is required, including the official cell phone and landline numbers of the workplace.
  • A copy of your mandatory official ID card must be provided.
  • Please include a visiting card.
  • A salary bank statement is preferred. If you are providing a Personal Account Statement (Savings Account), you must also submit the Salary Certificate or Payslip for the last three months.
  • For doctors, a BMDC certificate is required.
  • Advocates must provide a BAR Council certificate.
  • Retired individuals should submit their retirement certificate.
  • Government employees are required to submit a Government Order (GO) with an English translation.

For Students:

  • A copy of the student ID card is required.
  • Please provide a Recommendation Letter or Leave Letter from the educational institution.
  • For children and infants, a Birth Certificate must be submitted.

For Patients:

  • For medical treatment, a copy of the appointment letter from a hospital in Thailand is required. If the applicant is a first-time traveler, an original letter from a local doctor/hospital must also be provided (if applicable).
  • A recent case summary of the patient’s medical reports, issued by the local hospital, is necessary.
  • A copy of the recent certificate of acceptance for treatment or invitation letter from the receiving hospital in Thailand must confirm the patient’s condition and the need for transfer to Thailand. This letter should also mention the names and relations of the accompanying person(s) traveling with the patient via Air Ambulance.
  • A booking confirmation letter (such as a medical letter and Action Plan) for the Air Ambulance is required.

Others:

A copy of the Marriage Certificate, Nikahnama, or contract of marriage is required if the spouse’s name is not mentioned in the applicant’s passport. Consular officers reserve the right to request additional documents if required.

Singapore

Delivery Time: 7 to 10 working days depending on Embassy
Visa Validity: 60 days, single entry

Visa Requirements

Basic Documents:

  • A valid passport with at least seven (07) months remaining, along with an old passport if available.
  • Copy of NID or Birth Certificate.
  • Two recent passport-sized photos taken within the last 3 months (white background, 35 mm x 45 mm, on matte paper).
  • For first-time visitors to Singapore: an original bank statement and solvency certificate are required (minimum balance of BDT 80,000 for individuals and BDT 160,000 for families).
  • V39A Invitation.
  • Copy of confirmed hotel booking.
  • Copy of air ticket booking.

For Business Persons:

United Arab Amirates

Delivery Time: 7 to 10 working days depending on Embassy
Visa Validity: 60 days, single entry

Visa Requirements

Basic Documents:

  • Color scan of the bio page (first page) of both new and old passports.
  • Color scan of previously visited visa pages for any country.
  • A commitment letter confirming your return.
  • Recent passport-sized photographs (white background, taken within the last 3 months) in soft copy.
  • Color scan of your visiting card.
  • A birth certificate is mandatory for children under 18 years.
  • A security deposit of BDT 120,000 per person may be required, based on the applicant’s profile and travel history.

For Business Persons:

  • A copy of the renewed trade license is required, along with a notarized English translation.

  • For children and infants, a color-scanned Birth Certificate must be submitted (a photograph with a mobile phone is not allowed).

Others:

  • BDT 27,000 for adults and BDT 17,000 for children (if the air ticket is with Emirates). 60 days single entry  (Non-refundable)
